Supportive & Affordable Housing

Mosaic is located in Prospect Heights, nestled between Dean street and Bergen street, in Brooklyn. The programming that includes supportive housing, and affordable housing, aided by a multilingual library, a multipurpose event space and a management office. The design strategy was developed from the site exploration and analysis which enabled us to take capitalize on the available solar exposure. This resulted in the final massing that utilizes the southern facade to its optimum levels, with casement windows and light-shelves.
